Demo Work-in-Progress

Here’s a work-in-progress version of an audio demo for Antimatter which will be featured on the main page. I’ll be starting work on the percussion tracks soon.

All tracks were synthesized using Antimatter running as a plugin inside Logic.

    • Thanks! Given how awful my previous estimates were, I’m hesitating to give an ETA. Though I just need to get some good sounding percussion on this track. OTOH, that requires learning how to synthesize better percussion sounds than I currently am. “real soon now” in quotes is my best guess.

  3. Very cool, those are some solid synths man! It reminds me a bit of the Daft Punk orchestration used in the latest Tron. I think once the percussion part is added in, I would focus one some builds between the discrete themes, and then potentially layering two of them together for some major bombast.

    Also, the synth you start with, I’d think about making it a preset, a lot people might find that useful.

    • Paul, excellent suggestions. And you’re not the only one who was reminded of the tron soundtrack :)

      I think the main lead synth is the subtractive example that comes with Antimatter, but I’ll have to double check.

  4. When the demo comes out, could you make the patches used in the demo available? I love the main synth lead and the sounds coming in at 1:05.
